OneYou asked for it…and we are delivering it! The new features in SnapShot 2.0 have been developed with input from many users across the state of Florida. We’ve incorporated the data analysis features you wanted to see. The link below is a short preview of the new features in SnapShot 2.0.

The status reports provide twenty reports for your school in each year going back five years. The new status report takes the total number of students taught by each teacher for the 2005 school year and gives the percent of students that made a learning gain. Next, it breaks down the students into demographic and AYP subgroups for further analysis.
There are sixteen trend reports available in Snapshot 2.0. Each report shows the trend in grade level or demographic data over three to four years. The reports calculate the percent of students making proficiency, percent of students making learning gains, achievement level distribution and average subtest scores.
Not only have we added a new preset bar graph for Writing Score Distribution, we’ve also added a feature that allows you to create a bar graph for any assessment measure in the SnapShot database. For instance, you can now create a bar graph for the distribution of students’ scores.
Queries have been changed to a more user friendly display and selection model. Now you can query by learning gains, grade of test and more than one assessment at a time. This allows for more varied aggregates of student, helping analyze areas of your school or class.
The data display allows for easier selection of assessments and demographics to display, and allows users to hide empty columns to streamline what is viewed on the screen. Also, the learning gains of each student have been added to the display to help sort by learning gains and to quickly identify kids with a history of difficulty making learning gains.
Beginning Tuesday, March 21, the log-in page will allow you to log in to version 2.0 or version 1.3.2.
We are pleased to offer a free online demonstration! If you are interested in a quick introduction to 2.0 by our trainer, please contact us at training@studentperformance.com. Ask for the online SnapShot 2.0 demonstration and we’ll find a date and time to accommodate you.
